Helen is the Administrative Assistant at Reflection Hour Counseling & Wellness, where she plays a key role in supporting both the clinical and administrative sides of the practice. With a deep sense of compassion and a calm, nurturing presence, Helen helps ensure that clients feel welcomed, heard, and cared for from the very first point of contact.
As a wife and mother of three toddlers, she brings empathy, resilience, and exceptional communication skills to everything she does. Her heart for helping others has only grown through her work in the mental health space, where she continues to find purpose and inspiration.
When she’s not working, you can find her enjoying cozy movie nights with her family and cherishing quality time together. Helen is passionate about learning, connecting with others in the field, and continuing to grow personally and professionally.
Rose Browne, NCC, LPC-MHSP
Psychotherapist
Rose is a dedicated psychotherapist and the owner of Reflection Hour Counseling & Wellness. A proud wife and mother of four, she believes in the power of family and cherishes time spent together whether it’s enjoying the outdoors, studying scripture, or sharing music and fun activities. Rose holds two Master’s degrees, one in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, another in Organizational Leadership, and a Graduate Certificate in Pastoral Counseling, bringing both expertise and a compassionate heart to her practice. Rose's diverse background also includes work as an HR Specialist with the Tennessee National Guard and years of volunteer services in Human Services. Having personally navigated trauma recovery, Rose is deeply committed to helping others heal from their own struggles. Her warm, empathetic approach and evidence-based care create a safe, supportive space for clients facing anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges to rediscover hope and regain control of their lives.
Sherri Jones
Clincical Mental Health Therapist

As a Collierville, TN native, Sherri moved to Nashville in 2008 to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Tennessee State University. While in school, Sherri developed a curiosity for the mental health obstacles that a child may face after being removed from a home. As a result, Sherri changed her major to psychology and obtained her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University. Sherri is the founder of Dream Chasers of Tennessee, a nonprofit scholarship organization committed to promoting positive change revolving around communities in Tennessee. Day to day, Sherri works as a therapist for a regional school district providing non-profit services to students who would otherwise not be able to afford therapy services. Sherri loves doing trauma work and providing education about ACES. Sherri’s therapeutic approach is Adlerian, Reality, and EMDR therapy.
Nacavia Weathers
Graduate Level- Clinicial Mental Health Intern

Nacavia Weathers is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and is passionate about helping individuals achieve emotional wellness and personal growth. A former Tennessee Army National Guardsman, she brings a strong sense of dedication and service to her work. Originally from West Tennessee, she has lived in Middle Tennessee for the past three years and values the opportunity to serve the communities here. Her professional background includes experience in corrections, supervision, and customer service, which has strengthened her skills in communication, conflict resolution, and empathy. Nacavia is excited to gain hands-on experience during her internship and further develop her skills to better serve those in need.
