Many people appear strong on the outside while internally carrying exhaustion, anxiety, emotional pain, or the pressure of constantly holding everything together.
I understand what it means to navigate responsibility, identity, resilience, and emotional overwhelm while still trying to show up for others. My work as a therapist was born not only from professional training, but from a deep understanding of the emotional weight people often carry silently.
Before becoming a therapist, I served in the military, an experience that shaped my understanding of strength, discipline, emotional endurance, and identity. During that season of life, I began recognizing how many people learn to survive by pushing through pain rather than slowing down long enough to process it.
Over time, I became increasingly drawn to understanding the deeper emotional struggles people carry beneath the surface - anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, identity struggles, relationship pain, and the quiet exhaustion that often comes from trying to be “strong” for everyone else.
That journey ultimately led me into the field of mental health, where I found my calling in helping individuals feel emotionally seen, supported, and restored.
My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, collaborative, and deeply personalized. I believe healing happens when people feel emotionally safe enough to slow down, explore their experiences honestly, and reconnect with themselves without judgment.
I work with high-functioning individuals who may appear capable outwardly while internally struggling with anxiety, overthinking, burnout, emotional disconnection, trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges.
Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you. It is about helping you better understand yourself, process what you’ve carried, and develop healthier ways of living, coping, and relating both emotionally and spiritually.
As a Christian, my faith deeply influences the compassion, hope, and care I bring into my work. For clients who desire it, I welcome the integration of faith into the therapeutic process. At the same time, I strive to create a supportive and respectful space for individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you are used to carrying everything on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to finally exhale.
If you are ready to begin your healing journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
Warmly,
Rose Browne, NCC, LPC-MHSP
